What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, 5-8 years of treasury or finance experience, Meaningful time inside a physical-goods or inventory-driven business, Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling experience, Hands-on experience owning or co-owning a cash flow model, Demonstrated ability to work across functions, Deep comfort with banking operations, Experience building or significantly improving financial processes

What You'll Do.
Own and refine company's 13 week cash flow model
Translate model outputs into recommendations
Maintain daily cash positioning
Manage day-to-day banking relationships
Execute and authorize treasury transactions
Monitor credit facilities
Design and implement treasury policies
Maintain documentation for treasury transactions
Identify and flag cash flow risks
Manage basic FX exposure

On top of that, being bootstrapped means cash plays an even bigger role in our strategy. Our Treasury Manager will own the full cash picture: understanding when sales turn into cash, how inventory buys affect our liquidity and translating all of it into a forward-looking view that gives leadership real decision-making confidence. This is a build role. We have almost no treasury infrastructure today, so your first 90 days will be spent creating the systems, processes, and models from scratch.
