A Snapshot As Treasury Manager, reporting to our Senior Director - Treasury Loans, you will work closely with our global treasury and financing team, making an impact in a number of ways, including: Day-to-day management of existing loan capital financings and related facilities for AirTrunk (excl. Japan), and assisting in the origination, execution and syndication of new financings to support our growth. Assist with ESG reporting to internal stakeholders and external parties, including Second Party Opinion providers, auditors and lenders. Interfacing with debt investors and assist in maintaining and strengthening these relationships, and building new relationships to optimise available loan liquidity for AirTrunk. Your Day to Day Loan Origination and Execution: assist in new financing processes including developing and negotiating documentation (including debt term sheet), engagement and preparation of the due diligence and other key advisors (including but not limited to legal and financial) and carriage of the end to end process from debt sizing through to execution and sell down (if required).
