To learn more about CIBC, please visit [CIBC.com](https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) _**What You 'll Be doing:**_ The Treasury Management Sales Associate (“Associate”) is focused primarily on developing a core understanding of treasury management services, processes, rationale, and risk. As an Associate, you can expect to develop your understanding of treasury management at CIBC Bank USA through a combination of training, job shadowing, and hands-on learning via daily tasks and longer-term projects. Associates will be gradually introduced to portfolio coverage for two or more Advisors, at which point soft skills such as selling, communicating, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and presenting will be crucial. Critical attributes in this position include a high attention to detail, ownership of work, commitment to timeliness and accuracy, flexibility in terms of both organization and planning, and a passion for collaborating with clients and internal partners on a daily basis. The role is structured in a way which will allow Associates to develop the skill set necessary to eventually transition to independent support of Advisors, typically within 12-18 months. This position, which will support CIBC’s Specialty Deposits line of business, is Chicago-based with a hybrid work schedule (minimum 3 days per week in-office). The Treasury Management Team provides an important and stable source of non-interest income to the Bank in the form of monthly fee income.
