Support Treasury Management Officers

Communicate member service requests

Assist with proposals

Assist with RFP responses

Assist with pricing analysis

Assist with cash management reviews

Coordinate pipeline meetings

Review pre-call planning needs

Discuss Working Capital Assessment meetings

Provide insight into sales reports

Provide insight into prospect reports

Aid LOB with renewal information

Manage implementation process

Assist in gaining signatures

Track implementation process

Organize member training

Validate exception pricing

Provide follow-up after implementation

Review incoming referrals

This position will manage pipeline reporting and facilitate a smooth business member transition to STCU.
