What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in treasury management, cash management, business banking, or a related financial services role., Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field of study., Valid driver’s license required.
Nice to Have
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation, Prior experience working with small-to-mid-sized businesses strongly preferred.
What You'll Do.
Develops and executes a treasury management sales strategy
Conducts in-person and virtual sales calls
Maintains a pipeline of opportunities
Prepares and delivers tailored treasury management proposals
Leads the full treasury management sales cycle
Serves as a key contributor to product suite enhancement
Partners with leadership to recommend new products
Serves as the primary treasury management advisor
Coordinates calling efforts with internal partners
Conducts periodic account reviews
Supports members with set-up and use of services
Assesses operational and risk considerations
Represents Peak Credit Union in the community
Maintains awareness of treasury management trends
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partners closely with Commercial Loan Officers, Small Business Development Officers, and internal teams; Partners with Business Services leadership, digital banking, operations, risk, IT, and vendor partners; Coordinates calling efforts with Commercial Loan Officers and other internal partners; Ability to work effectively across teams
Communication Scope
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Ability to clearly articulate complex financial solutions
