What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, 7+ years of progressive experience across treasury, collections, or broader finance functions, 2+ years of management/leadership experience, Solid foundation in corporate finance, accounting, and financial controls, Expertise with high-volume transactional environments, understanding of internal controls, financial compliance, and cash-management best practices, Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, communication skills in English (B2 or C1 equivalent) is mandatory
Nice to Have
MBA is a plus, Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning processes is highly valued, ERP management (such as Microsoft Dynamics - Navision, or SAP) is a plus

Safeguarding of client funds
Oversee collections operations
Execution of payments
Supervise transactions
Drive operational excellence

Ensure strict control
and daily reconciliation of client funds
Oversee execution of payments according to contractual terms and regulatory requirements
Supervise cash flow management and daily liquidity needs
Maintain and coordinate operational banking relationships
Lead and supervise the collections team
Ensuring timely and accurate processing of all receivables and cash-application activities
Monitor collection performance
Develop strategies to minimize past-due balances
and develop a high-performing team
Lead or support cross-functional projects impacting cash management and receivables
Prepare and present management reports and key performance indicators
