What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years in the financial services industry with specific experience in funding, treasury, or financial operations, Ability and willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, Attention to detail, Analytical skills needed to work with limited direction, Ability to perform and thrive in a startup environment

Nice to Have

Experience maintaining treasury management software (TMS) or complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems highly preferred (especially experience with Kyriba), Experience with cash forecasting highly preferred, Ability to pick up new platforms such as Tableau

What You'll Do.

Support Treasury and Financial Operations across a complex

multi-entity environment

Ensure accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility

Manage operational mechanics behind liquidity

and reporting processes

Execute critical funding activities

Support operational payment workflows

Maintain treasury controls

Scale proprietary financial infrastructure

Prepare cash and inventory reporting across entities

Monitor and reconcile daily bank balances and transaction activity

Perform daily cash positioning

Execute cash movements

Manage funding operations for loan sales

Support vendor payment processing

Collaborate with the Accounting department on month-end close processes

Own and communicate weekly

and quarterly reports

Engineering and Legal teams to streamline cross-functional data collection and resolve outstanding financial queries

Reconcile loan and collateral data

Continuously improve existing workflows

Contribute to the company’s capital raising initiatives

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility while managing the operational mechanics behind our liquidity, loan sale, and reporting processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing critical funding activities and supporting operational payment workflows that keep Figure running smoothly. You will work closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and Legal teams to maintain strong treasury controls and help scale our proprietary financial infrastructure.
