POSITION SUMMARY: The Treasury Analyst is an entry-level role within the Management Company Finance team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the treasury function and its data structure under the guidance of the Director of Management Company Finance. The individual will help maintain visibility into cash balances, support routine reporting, assist with system administration in Kyriba, and contribute to ongoing treasury projects across the firm. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who is eager to build foundational skills in treasury operations, banking systems, and financial reporting within a dynamic alternative investment environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Daily comfortable working across teams including Operations, Finance, and Deal teams. Willingness to learn new systems and processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant professional or internship experience; prior co-op or full-time experience in treasury, finance, or banking operations is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; comfort working across multiple banking platforms and financial systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing independent tasks.
