Support Community Manager in operational aspects
Focus on successful leasing
Provide additional coverage to properties
Assist properties with reaching leasing goals
Reach daily/weekly/monthly leasing goals
Help with daily leasing operations
Maintain resident ledgers
Submit weekly and monthly reports
Create a positive environment for residents
Build and maintain relationships with campus resources
Promote outstanding customer service
