Walk assigned buildings or floors

Report unit maintenance issues

Report lost and found items

Ensure safe working environment

Perform duties related to site operation

Maintain sense of urgency for unit turns

Be prompt with assignments

Use supplies and equipment efficiently

Assist in linen inventories

Assist in solving guest complaints

Create strong customer relations

Assist resort guests and owners

Make guest deliveries
