PAY: $55,000 - 65,000/YEAR + OVERTIME + STOCK OPTIONS TRAVEL: 1-2 WEEKS PER MONTH, UP TO 50% THE ROLE Join our Field Operations team and help keep communities safe by installing and maintaining camera and solar infrastructure. As a growing multi-product company, this role now spans both new installations and ongoing maintenance across a wide variety of sites, equipment, and customer environments. You’ll work hands-on in the field, adapt to dynamic schedules, and see the impact of your work every day. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Install, maintain, and service poles, solar panels, batteries, and camera systems across diverse customer sites - Install poles of varying lengths per specifications, including digging post holes a minimum of Mount solar panels and external batteries; install and align LPR cameras with PTZ technology - Perform both installations and maintenance (approximately 50/50 split) -
