What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, At least 21 years of age, CDL Class B, DOT HAZMAT Endorsement, Basic Computer Skills, Perform & Maintain all assigned training
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of Environmental / Regulatory / DOT rules, Knowledge on how to use & troubleshoot computer software, Ability to read a map, Driver E-Log Experience, Some College or waste industry experience
What You'll Do.
Pick up and transport waste safely
Complete pre-printed manifests & work orders
Classify waste containers
Segregate waste containers
Inventory waste containers
Conduct lab pack operations
Pack small laboratory containers
Perform regulatory Training
Perform compliance tasks
Pre-trip inspections of vehicle
Report Leaking Containers
Report waste diversion
Report safety violations
Professional contact with Customers
Deliver waste containers
Promote waste containers
Collect waste containers
Provide hazardous waste removal services
Provide non-hazardous waste removal services
Process Universal Hazardous Waste manifests
Prepare bills of lading
Prepare Land Disposal Restrictions (LDRs)
Perform warehouse work
Unload waste materials
Store waste materials
Adhere to assigned route
Operate a Pallet Jack
Maintain vehicle functionality
Maintain vehicle cleanliness
Maintain equipment functionality
Maintain equipment cleanliness
Perform other reasonably related tasks
