5+ years of experience in BAS, Knowledge of HVAC systems, Knowledge of BACnet, Knowledge of Modbus, Knowledge of LonWorks, Interpret electrical schematics, Interpret mechanical drawings, Interpret control diagrams, Understanding of IP networks, Understanding of system integration, Understanding of controls architecture, Demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities, Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, Communication skills, Customer-focused approach, Valid driver’s license, Clean driving record
Nice to Have
Niagara N4 certification, Distech Controls certification, Exposure to lighting controls, Exposure to energy management tools, Exposure to IoT-based systems, Basic programming experience, Basic scripting experience, OSHA 10 certification
