What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Professional proficiency in English, with written and verbal communication skills. Must have the legal right to live and work in the country of employment destination (South Africa) without requiring visa sponsorship or employer-supported work authorization. Must have proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, supporting luxury or high-end travel service.

Nice to Have

Experience working with VIP or high-net-worth clients is an added advantage.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work very closely with our sales team to ensure seamless travel experiences for our Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) members. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify potential leads, and nurture member relationships. Work closely with operations teams to coordinate logistics, accommodations, and activities for travel itineraries.
