Must Have
Proven experience in a travel coordination or support role, preferably within a government or corporate environment. Familiarity with travel management systems (ETS or similar). Experience managing corporate or government travel card programs (IBA/CBA). In-depth knowledge of federal travel regulations (FTR, JTR) and travel policies. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle travel-related issues such as declines, disputes, and last-minute changes. Proficiency with Citibank/Citimanager systems is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to support federal compliance requirements (ATO, security standards).

Experience working in a federal or highly regulated environment. Familiarity with financial or ERP systems. Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging services. Experience providing support for high-level executives or VIPs.
