What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5-7 years of travel industry experience, Deep understanding of complex domestic and international travel logistics, Experience supporting demanding clients/executives in fast-paced, service-oriented environments, working knowledge of travel booking platforms and servicing workflows, Exceptional judgment, composure, and customer service orientation, relationship management and vendor partnership skills

Nice to Have

Prior travel agent, advisor, TMC, or agency experience strongly preferred, Experience supporting meetings/events or group travel logistics preferred

What You'll Do.

Serve as senior escalation point for complex travel scenarios

Partner with travelers and stakeholders to support itineraries

Leverage vendor relationships for traveler outcomes

Provide consultative guidance on travel options

Support optimization of travel booking processes

Partner with Travel Operations leadership on policy

Help drive traveler adoption of preferred tools

Support travel communications and training

Lead coordination of travel logistics for meetings

Partner with Meetings & Events stakeholders

Advise on travel strategy for events

Act as key liaison with travel agency/TMC

Identify service gaps and operational improvement opportunities

Support testing and rollout of travel tool enhancements

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with travelers, assistants, and internal stakeholders; Partner with Travel Operations leadership; Partner with Meetings & Events, Procurement, and business stakeholders
