Welcome! 👋We are conducting a research study with travel professionals and experienced travelers. The goal is to collect real-world trip planning and travel advisory scenarios that will help train AI models to handle complex travel situations.The research objective is to help AI understand real travel situations, including visa requirements, logistical constraints, and the hidden details that can derail an entire trip if missed. 📁 FILE UPLOAD IS REQUIRED This survey exclusively accepts scenarios accompanied by real files (documents, spreadsheets, images, reports, etc.) that support the situation described. Submissions without valid files will be rejected. 👤 WHO CAN PARTICIPATE - Licensed or experienced travel agents and consultants - Tour operators and destination specialists - Frequent international travelers with complex trip experience - Expats and long-term travelers who have navigated visa, logistics, or safety challenges - Corporate travel managers - Travel bloggers or content creators with documented experience ✅ VALIDATION PROCESS Automatically rejected: Generic responses, use of AI, inconsistent destination or travel context, made-up cases without real travel knowledge.The use of AI is not permitted.
