What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years of accounting or finance work experiences, Degree in finance, accounting or business administration, or equivalent professional qualification, Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin (oral and written) to support China entity, Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, Practical knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, Inquisitive, investigative with critical thinking and good problem-solving skills, Will need to work globally across time zones and cultures
Nice to Have
Working experience in a shared service centre across a global /large organization
What You'll Do.
Operate on expense Oversight tool
Ensure expense exceptions are closed
Address findings during audit process
Ensure timeliness of expense exceptions processing
Take appropriate follow up action
Acquire end-to-end understanding of Oversight audit workflow
Manage operation issues and escalations
Provide audit observations
Suggestion on improvements
Driving continuous improvement
Standardization/simplification across global T&E audit process

Team & Collaboration
Work with the team lead to manage operation issues; Work globally across time zones and cultures

Good communication skill; Communicate effectively in English & Mandarin (oral and written)
