What You'll Do.
review details of expense receipts
review and approve employee expense reports
ensure adherence to company travel
reconciliation of Staff
verify 3rd party invoices and expense reports
ensure invoices are accurate and coded
check for discrepancies/errors
missing information and receipts
communicate discrepancies/errors to other party
communicate with clients to resolve expense reports
follow up with employees regarding non-compliant expenses
perform basic accounting tasks
update Desktop procedures
