What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license, DEA License, CPR BCLSLS certified, Master's Degree in Nursing, Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
Nice to Have
A year of experience in Endocrinology, Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.)
What You'll Do.
Provide comprehensive healthcare services
Coordinate patient care
Assessing and treating patients with endocrinology diseases and conditions
Conduct thorough patient assessments
including medical history reviews and physical examinations
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
Deliver on-site care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
