What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience Truck-Stop and QSR Operations, Working knowledge Restaurant Management Systems, Ability to work 50+ hours per week, Ability to be on call, Ability to perform non-management activities
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree preferred, Spanish language skills preferred, ServSafe or equivalent Food Manager Safety program certification, ABC/Age Restricted Certification, UST Operator Certification
