Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL), BLS - Basic Life Support (includes RQI) - American Heart Association or American Red Cross, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or Emergency Nursing Pediatrics Course (ENPC) certification, Minimum five (5) years of professional/technical nursing experience preferably in an emergency or critical care nursing unit, with at least six months experience in trauma nursing

Nice to Have

Master degree in Nursing, Specialty Certification in one or more of the following: Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN), Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), or a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), Minimum two (2) years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity

What You'll Do.
