Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends, Willingness to take call up to 24/7, Climb or stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, Possess specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years medical device sales or B2B sales experience, Bachelor's Degree, Ability to travel as necessary, Willingness to take call up to 24/7, Ability to collaborate, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, understanding of skeletal/orthopedic anatomy, Ability to make sales presentations with positive results, computer skills – MS Office
Nice to Have
Experience within an operating room a plus
What You'll Do.
Market and promote Globus Medical products
Meet and exceed sales goals
Increase product knowledge
Communicate new ideas to product development
Attend sales meetings and training
Develop knowledge of products and competitors
Provide feedback on product development
Develop relationships with trauma surgeon customers
Maintain consignments and loaner inventory
Create and implement annual business plan
Manage travel expenses within budget
Adhere to company policies and codes of conduct
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Represent the company professionally
