What You'll Achieve.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets; Drive revenue and market share within assigned territory
Industry & Context.
Travel within designated sales territory with 2-4 overnights a month, Infrequent national travel for events and conferences, Must successfully complete credentialing process, Support on-call requirements
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Proven and consistent history of quota attainment, clinical, technical, and relationship-building skills, Ability to work independently while managing a high-volume surgical territory, Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and support on-call requirements
Nice to Have
3–5+ years of medical device sales experience, Prior Trauma and/or Reconstruction Orthopaedics experience

Provide expert intraoperative support
Build and maintain long-term relationships

Participate in 24/7 call rotation
