Bachelor's Degree in Bachelors of Business, Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, 5 years or more in Industry related experience with Bachelors degree or 8 years of experience with HS diploma, Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Access and PowerPoint Advanced, Competency in Statistical and/or Transportation Analysis tools Advanced, Knowledge of Ryder TM Operating Tools Advanced, Working knowledge of FBAP, TIS, ROL and TM systems Advanced

Oversee freight processes
Collect freight requests through portals
Manage site’s dock scheduling process
Align dock capacity with labor
Ensure timely carrier pickups
Drive efficiency and reliability
Coordinate daily transportation and dock scheduling activities

Monitor schedule adherence
Resolve missed or rescheduled appointments
Minimize shipment delays
Maintain accurate transportation records
