Ensure vehicle fleet is maintained
Monitor operational costs
Communicate with internal operations
Communicate with disposal facilities
Supervise employees per organization chart
Carry out supervisory responsibilities
Plan employee assignments
Assign employee duties
Appraise employee performance
Address employee complaints
Resolve employee problems
