Eligibility Requirements

Must be able to drive box trucks and cover routes as needed to maintain service continuity, Clean 10-year DMV record, Valid DOT medical certificate (or ability to obtain one), Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flex hours based on operational needs

Must Have

3+ years in a management or supervisory role, Clean 10-year DMV record (dated within the last 30 days), Valid DOT medical certificate (or ability to obtain one), Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flex hours based on operational needs, Must be able to reliably commute to our Hayward Plant

Nice to Have

24+ months of verifiable commercial driving experience, including recently having run a route, CDL, Experience driving in healthcare, food & beverage, or retail industries, Experience with routing and dispatch software (e. g. , Samsara, Omnitracs, or similar systems) highly preferred

What You'll Do.

Provide daily pre-departure support including truck loading

transporter quality checks

and weekly tailgate safety meetings

Monitor and support driver routing to maximize productivity and address any route-related issues

Conduct daily route debriefs to resolve service issues and improve customer satisfaction

Manage driver performance

and support ongoing development

Coordinate vehicle maintenance and resolve equipment issues to ensure optimal performance

Ensure driver compliance with safety regulations and perform quality checks on all loaded/unloaded products

Control operational costs by managing headcount

and optimizing driver performance

Must be able to drive box trucks and cover routes as needed to maintain service continuity
