Position Overview Woolpert is seeking an entry-level Transportation Structures Engineer (EIT I) to join our dynamic Transportation Design team in our Harrisburg, PA office. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of transportation infrastructure projects across multiple states and clients, with a primary focus on transportation structures such as bridges, culverts, sign structures, and retaining walls in Pennsylvania. Our team is composed of experienced professionals who are passionate about mentoring early-career engineers, providing hands-on training, and developing the technical and professional skills needed for long-term success. This role offers exposure to diverse engineering practices and project types, helping you build a strong foundation in structural design while exploring adjacent disciplines such as roadway, geotechnical, aviation, and private development. Working alongside industry experts, you’ll gain valuable experience in structural analysis, design standards, and project delivery, while contributing to impactful infrastructure improvements.
