Full Job Description
**_Job Family_ :** Strategy & Transformation Consulting ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) **_What You Will Do_ :** Work within the delivery team to perform a comprehensive assessment of federal organization, develop an integrated plan for modernization of a geographically distributed workforce, identify operational/programmatic synergies with agencies with overlapping mission spaces, create improved methods of information-sharing governance, and reporting. Communicate fact-based assessment findings, measures of successful implementation of improvements, and tightly regulated procedures to Federal C-suite client. **_What You Will Need_ :** * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance * Bachelor's Degree * THREE (3) years of experience supporting DHS, Law Enforcement, or Intelligence Community customers ** _What Would Be Nice To Have_ :** * Experience in Change Management and/or Process Improvement * Experience in Work Force Analysis * Prior experience with structured research, data analytics, and data visualization development experience * Requirements gathering, process mapping and process improvement experience * Excellent written and verbal communication and workshop facilitation experience working with Senior Government officials ** _What We Offer_ :** Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
