Eligibility Requirements

Off shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis, Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education motor vehicle records check and a road and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

Must Have

H. S. diploma/GED required, Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required, One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required, Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required, Logistics industry knowledge advanced required, Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required, Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required, knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required, Experience managing and engaging with drivers with an understanding of DOT compliance and standards

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred

What You'll Do.

Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function

Responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management

Leadership of direct reports

Attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area

Customer service satisfaction and expectation management

Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees

Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling

Health and Safety Management

State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

Performs other duties as assigned
