Must Have

5+ years of experience in transportation, freight, or logistics roles. Proven expertise in managing domestic and international freight operations (LTL/FTL, air, and ocean), including coordination with carriers, 3PLs, and freight forwarders. Hands-on experience with reverse logistics, including RMA/RMS workflows and returns processing. Familiarity with logistics systems such as TMS platforms, Jira, or equivalent shipment tracking and documentation tools. Experience handling high-value, heavy, or sensitive hardware such as servers and data center equipment. Excellent organizational skills. Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Based in the United States, preferably in East Coast or Midwest time zones.

What You'll Do.

Manage end-to-end logistics operations for IT hardware, including domestic US transport, inbound international shipments, and outbound freight.

Oversee RMA/RMS reverse logistics processes, ensuring accurate coordination with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders. Maintain shipment visibility, chain-of-custody documentation, and accurate in-transit inventory records across logistics systems.
