Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control, 8+ years of experience in highway or municipal design, Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE), Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D

Nice to Have

Connectivity with local municipalities in the St. Louis area

Develops project scopes

Tracks progress to manage financial success and ensure timely completion

Manages complex contract negotiations

Leads execution of project plans by assembling and managing project teams

Coordinates availability of internal resources

Assigns individual responsibilities

Serves as primary liaison between all parties

Monitors progress and measures project performance

Ensures deliverables fall within scope

Manages change requests

Executes risk management techniques

Implements strategies to minimize negative financial impact

Coordinates detailed reviews of technical work

Ensures high-quality work and fulfillment of contract terms

Maintains ongoing positive client relationships

Documents all project deliverables

Maintains comprehensive records

Mentors and supervises staff on project management best practices

Adheres to regulations

Enforces safety standards
