Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control, 8+ years of experience in highway or municipal design, Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE), Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D

Job Description Join Olsson's Roadway team as a Project Manager, making a significant impact on the success of our growth in Missouri as we continue to expand our footprint to St. Louis! Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for transportation-related projects including urban and rural highways, interchanges, and municipal roadways. As a Project Manager, you will be a lead project manager for our Roadway team, ensuring successful project deliverables and completion for complex and high-priority projects that may span across multiple teams. You will also provide direction to the Roadway team and ensure quality execution of key projects that provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs. As a Project Manager, you will take charge of supervising and nurturing the professional and technical growth of team members. Your emphasis on mentorship will contribute to a culture that values skill development, collaboration, and collective success.
