What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Read, write, and communicate in English, Basic math computations for length, area, and volume
Nice to Have
BS Civil Engineering, NICET Level 2 or higher, NECEPT Bituminous field certification, ACI/PennDOT Concrete field technician certification, PennDOT/PTC CDS certification, ECMS experience, OSHA 10-Hour certification
What You'll Do.
Ensure compliance with contract documents
Ensure contractor's health and safety plan compliance
Check delivered materials conform to contract documents
Check contractor’s layout and verify accuracy
Prepare and submit daily reports
Maintain progress checks
Keep records of quantities and cost of materials
Prepare contractors' periodic progress payment claims
