What You'll Achieve.
Maintain progress reviews; Keep records of quantities and cost; Prepare contractors' periodic progress payment claims; Recommend payment

Overnight paving, Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, sit, and stand, Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, Wear required personal protective gear/equipment, React to hazardous warnings and signals, Infrequently perform manual labor, Infrequently work in adverse weather conditions, Limited exposure to chemicals, Work in the United States
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 Years minimum Construction Inspection experience, Read, write, and clearly communicate in English, Perform basic math computations
Nice to Have
Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission construction inspection experience, NICET Level 2 or higher in Transportation/Highway Construction, NECEPT Bituminous field certification, ACI/PennDOT Concrete field technician certification, PennDOT/PTC CDS certification, ECMS experience, OSHA 10-Hour certification
What You'll Do.
Consult with contractors
Ensure compliance with contract documents
Ensure compliance with contractor's health and safety plan
Check delivered materials conform to contract documents
Check contractor's layout and verify accuracy
Prepare and submit daily reports
Follow and convey instructions
Utilize computers and common office equipment
Travel as required around the Greater Harrisburg area
Perform other duties as required
