What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience working in logistics or transportation, 4+ years of experience communicating with senior managers and executives, customers (internal and external), business partners / suppliers / subcontractors, and government representatives, 4+ years of experience with multi-tasking and working in a team environment, Experience in a role that required communication and interpersonal skills, 4+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), 4+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations, 4+ years of experience in a role that required teaming and collaboration skills, and ability to work well with a geographically dispersed cross-functional and matrix team, Must be willing and able to work any shift
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership, 3+ years of experience with freight forwarding and/or transportation modes: FTL, LTL, International and Domestic Air Freight, Ocean, Small Parcel, 1+ years of experience with documentation and certification requirements of dangerous goods in transportation in support to compliance initiative
