2-4 years of experience, Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, Customer Service experience
What You'll Do.
Analyze transportation costs
Negotiate carrier rates
Determine service levels
Compile carrier outbound reporting
Compile carrier inbound reporting
Collaborate quarterly business review process with carrier partners
Lead quarterly business review process with carrier partners
Prepare month end inbound accruals
Prepare month end outbound accruals
Provide financial reporting to leadership
Manage transportation of products for 3PL clients
Analyze regional activities
Interpret operation results
Develop solutions to drive profitability
Develop solutions to drive growth
Provide guidance to optimize transportation systems
Provide guidance to optimize transportation methods
Provide guidance to optimize transportation procedures
Provide guidance to optimize transportation costs
Partner with national customer care team
Determine root causes of service level defects
Work with organization to provide customer focused transportation
Maintain department KPIs
Measure for continuous improvements
Multi-task with phone calls
Multi-task with emails
Multi-task with interoffice communication tools
Understand ERP systems
Support warehouse operations through trouble shooting
Perform analysis on warehouse data
Perform analysis on client data
Facilitate 3pl Specialty Program through Delivery Management Module
Perform general upkeep in module
Troubleshoot warehouse issues
