Job description Amazon is establishing a NEW COSM (Central Ops Systems Management) team in Brazil — a rare opportunity to become a founding member of a strategic function that is the foundation of Amazon's delivery operations in the country. What is COSM? COSM is responsible for managing backend system configurations that underpin the entire Amazon delivery network. COSM teams around the world — including the consolidated teams from US, Japan and Europe — process more than 10,000 requests for configuration annually, ensuring that delivery stations, routes, and parameters operational are always accurate and up to date As a COSM Specialist in Brazil, you will be one of the first professionals to join this team, working directly with established COSM teams in Japan, North America, and Europe to bring global best practices to the unique context of the Brazilian market. This position offers a god combination: learning from experienced teams with the freedom to build something new. You'll perform daily configurations on Amazon's operations systems — including JAS (Jurisdiction Authority Service), TEZCO, and other platforms — that directly impact the efficiency of delivery stations across Brazil. Each correct configuration means packages reaching the customer faster; each documented process means a stronger team in the future. Key job responsibilities - Perform daily configuration requests for delivery stations (RGU (Regional Geographic Unit) configurations, jurisdictions, exclusion zones) - Process and validate configuration changes in JAS (Jurisdiction Authority Service), TEZCO, and other operating systems - Configure sort paths, pick paths, and routing parameters for various station types (Large DS, Exchange Points, Mini DS, EDSPs, and AMXL) - Monitor configuration SLAs and escalate blockers for senior team members when appropriate - Support station launches, closures, and relocations with accurate system configuration - Maintain up-to-date documentation and SOPs (Stand
