Perform daily configuration requests
Process configuration changes
Validate configuration changes
Configure routing parameters
Monitor configuration SLAs
Support station launches
Support station closures
Support station relocations
Maintain up-to-date documentation
Collaborate with Central Operations teams
Validate data accuracy
Participate in on-call rotation
Track configuration metrics
Report configuration metrics
Report ticket resolution times
Support testing for automation tools
Provide feedback for improvements
Assist in creating training materials
Update knowledge base
Process configuration tickets
Coordinate with station managers
