Track and Trace truck transportation shipments and reporting

Coordinate truck deliveries across Minnesota

North and South Dakota

Ensure accurate and timely client billing

Understand all the elements of the our operating procedures and correctly interpret this information to fulfill our customer´s instructions and expectations

Contribute and maintain good relationships with suppliers

Meet both company and US compliance standards at all times

Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company policy

Communicate with internal/external customers to coordinate the delivery of cargo shipments into the Minneapolis market

communicating effectively with customers and to ensure a compliant and complete shipment process in a timely manner

documenting customer needs for future use

maintaining an excellent working relationship with your customers

As a Transportation Agent with Expeditors you will take ownership of a customer portfolio, being responsible for bookings, accurate deliveries and scheduling of transportation between customer, service provider and receiver. You will provide timely and accurate documentation, processes through Expeditors systems within the operational process standards. You will communicate delays and work with autonomy to solve challenges to achieve delivery needs of your clients.
