Plan, direct, and coordinate transportation operations and logistics. 2\. Own day-to-day employee transport operations for assigned shifts/routes to meet SLA (on-time pickup/drop, minimal cancellations, safe rides). 3\. Use the TMS (Transport Management System) to manage roster uploads, route planning, trip creation, vehicle allocation, and trip closure with accurate passenger and location data. 4\. Monitor live operations (where enabled): trip status, delays, no-shows, ad-hoc requests, and take corrective actions with transporter/driver control room. 5\. Manage transport vendor performance: fleet availability, driver behaviour, vehicle hygiene, GPS compliance, breakdown response, and escalation handling; maintain scorecards. 6\.
