Ensure timely vehicle departures and arrivals. Maintain rosters and logbooks for documentation. * **Fleet & Vendor Management** Monitor fleet deployment and driver readiness. Coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules. Ensure vendor compliance with safety and quality norms. * **Coordination & Communication** Liaise with the transport manager and vendor supervisors. Handle employee queries and transport-related issues. Communicate SOP changes and process updates. * **Compliance & Safety** Ensure adherence to transport safety norms and legal regulations. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Maintain documentation for audits and inspections. * **Reporting & Analysis** Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Track fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle usage.
