**Position Summary** We provide specialised language services for the Life Sciences sector. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality multilingual content for the life sciences industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing linguistic and technical quality checks, coordinating translation quality assurance activities, and ensuring compliance with client-specific requirements. The role requires extensive use of memoQ and collaboration with project managers and linguists to maintain excellence across translation projects involving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare content. **Key Responsibilities** **Translation Quality Assurance** * Conduct linguistic and technical QA reviews of translated life sciences content using memoQ and associated QA tools. * Perform pre-delivery quality checks to identify and resolve issues related to terminology, consistency, formatting, numbers, tags, and regulatory compliance. * Verify adherence to client style guides, terminology databases, translation memories, and quality standards. **Project Support and Coordination** * Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support translation workflows and delivery schedules. * Assist with CAPA (corrective and preventive actions) for identified quality issues. **Compliance and Documentation** * Support compliance with ISO 17100, ISO 9001, and 27001 certifications * Contribute to the development and refinement of QA processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). **Continuous Improvement** * Identify recurring quality trends and recommend process improvements. * Provide feedback support to linguists and project teams. * Assist with the implementation of new QA tools, workflows, and best practices. **Qualifications** **Required** * Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or a related field. * Excelle
