What You'll Do.
Provide interim leadership to a Distributorship

Accountable for the P&L
Accountable for budget performance
Review weekly scorecard
Monitor monthly financials
Analyze variances to FY financial plan
Design action plans to address deficiencies
Implement action plans to address deficiencies
Develop action plans for accounts with unacceptable AR
Implement action plans for accounts with unacceptable AR
Manage inventory to coincide with selling activity
Plan for inventory deviation
Identify root causes of inventory deviation
Review tools on the smart dashboard
Identify markets that may be declining
Understand key account hierarchy

Join us! **Purpose of Job** : The Transitional MGM (Market General Manager) will be responsible for the successful management of company-owned distributorships during the transition of management, as well as the primary trainer of permanent Market General Managers. **Job Components** : _During the time of appointment to a transitioning Distributorship:_ * Provide interim leadership to a Distributorship until a permanent MGM is fully onboarded. * Prepare and mentor incoming MGM to ensure a smooth leadership transition before moving to the next distributorship. * Accountable for the P&L and budget performance for the operation. * Review, monitor, and analyze weekly scorecard and monthly financials to identify variances to FY financial plan and design and implement action plans to address deficiencies. * Actively manage AR to maintain an acceptable level for operation. * Develop and implement action plans for accounts with unacceptable AR balances. * Manage inventory to coincide with selling activity to ensure proper levels. * Plan for and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause and effect analysis and design and implement action plans to address deficiencies. * Review, monitor, and analyze tools on the smart dashboard to identify markets that may be declining and design and implement action plans to address decline. * Understands key account hierarchy, visits and maintains relationships with key account decision makers at each. * Manage dealer erosion. * Communicate Enterprise initiatives,
