What You'll Do.
Demonstrate and communicate the core values
Provide leadership and support for the design
Facilitate training of transitional care managers
Responsible for TCP metric management
TCP program development through promotion
Participates in company projects that support the TCP
Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources
Partner with the communications office on new marketing
marketing and educational events
Explore promotional giveaways
Promote BAYADA by providing educational presentations
package and present Continuing Education programs
Facilitate meetings to promote teamwork
Partner with BAYADA’s Managed Care offices
Partner with Insurance Confirmation office
Partner with Contract Management office
Develop annual marketing plan and initiatives
Understand competition and the market
