What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of project management experience, at least 5 years focused on IT infrastructure and operations, Proven experience managing projects involving networks, data centers, server/storage, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or IT service delivery, understanding of enterprise IT environments and I&O best practices, Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities, Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, ServiceNow), Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities, Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional Waterfall project methodologies, Experience with benefit realization frameworks, financial governance, and KPI tracking, Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required
Nice to Have
Agile or SAFe certifications a plus, MBA or related advanced degree preferred
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of I&O projects—from initiation and planning to execution
Develop detailed project plans that include scope
Ensure projects are delivered on time
and within budget while meeting quality and performance benchmarks
Coordinate system deployments
Manage interdependencies between infrastructure
and mitigate project risks and operational impacts
Lead troubleshooting efforts and escalate issues as needed to ensure minimal disruption to infrastructure services
Maintain accurate documentation of project artifacts
including project charters
and post-project reviews
Provide executive-level reporting on status
and strategic impacts

The Opportunity: Job Title: Project Manager Infrastructure & Operations Location: Hyderabad, India Type: FTE Reports To: IT Program Manager Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across our IT infrastructure and services landscape. The I&O PM will be responsible for the successful delivery of infrastructure projects including data center upgrades, server/network transformations, cloud integrations, enterprise systems rollouts, and operational process improvements. This individual must be willing to work onsite 4 days a week in Hyderabad and collaborate during some US EST working hours.
