Work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office, May need to assist with a customer and/or project need outside of normal business hours

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proficient knowledge and proven success in project management skills, Ability to utilize project management tools, Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot), English level advanced

Nice to Have

Proficiency in French is a plus to support French-speaking clients, PMP certification or willingness to pursue a project certification path

What You'll Do.

Manage HPE Greenlake infrastructure deployment projects

customer and third-party vendor efforts

Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Resolve tactical and/or strategic project issues

Develop and execute project plans for the successful startup and deployment of the HPE Greenlake solution to steady state

Ensure project completion leads to exceptional customer experience

Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with multiple HPE functional teams

Obtain understanding of project scope and alignment to customer’s business and IT needs

Quickly establish stakeholder relationships and leverage clear

concise communication to maintain alignment of project scope

Facilitate and lead meetings with both internal and external stakeholders

Manage customer and HPE team expectations

Leverage active listening and observation to identify risks/problems and proactively recommend and implement innovative solutions to mitigate/eliminate issues

Escalate for management support

Identify and recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies

Use knowledge of HPE solutions to identify and develop business growth opportunities within the project

Deliver to HPE contractual agreements

HPE Service Delivery Guides and/or customer statement of work

Maintain forecast for all projects in GIFT or other authorized tools

Assist with a customer and/or project need outside of normal business hours
