What They're Looking For.

Must Have

University degree in Business majoring in Accounting, Finance, or other Financial-related programs, 12-14 years overall experience, 6-8 years transition/project management experience in BFSI domain

Nice to Have

Knowledge of custody platforms, capital markets products, and post-trade operations, Familiarity with automation, AI/ML enablement, data analytics, and digital transformation programs

What You'll Do.

Lead end-to-end transition programs

Manage migration lifecycle

Develop transition governance frameworks

Ensure seamless migration of functions

Drive operational readiness and standardization

Coordinate with support teams

Manage large-scale initiatives

Support execution of location strategy

Advise leadership on location strategy

Provide strategic consulting view

Lead team in transitions

Report status on program/project workstream

Research and compile materials

Manage initiative logistics

Engage with senior stakeholders

Prepare executive dashboards

Influence strategic decision-making

Manage relationships across global teams

Ensure transition activities comply with standards

Support implementation of controls

Ensure adherence to regulations

Identify opportunities for improvement

Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

Support adoption of digital tools

Contribute to strategic transformation programs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with senior business leaders, operations, technology, finance, risk; Partner with external stakeholders; Coordinate with technology, infrastructure, HR, legal, compliance, and finance teams; Engage with senior stakeholders including business heads, COO organizations, transformation offices, and global operations leadership; Manage relationships across global teams; Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal teams
