We are excited to share that the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) is hiring for multiple roles across the team. The ETO is a dedicated business acceleration team within the Vanguard Enterprise Strategy and Transformation division that: * In partnership with finance, sets and holds the standards for rigor within execution plans for Vanguard’s re-investment portfolio. * Embeds teams within large enterprise-wide initiatives to provide integration and management support. * Runs execution cadence of our enterprise management system to drive pace, accountability, and capital resource allocation.
