Advanced product management and product discovery expertise, Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience, understanding of AI-enabled solutions, automation, and digital technologies, Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous transformation environments, Strategic thinking combined with practical execution capability, stakeholder management and influencing skills across executive and delivery levels, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Experience working within agile and product delivery frameworks, Analytical and value-oriented decision-making skills, Ability to coach and develop talent in a transformation-driven environment, Continuous learning mindset, particularly related to AI and emerging technologies
